Aline works in the winery and in the cellar from the elaboration of the Champagnes to case packing.
She got a bachelor in biochemistry, a master’s degree in microbiology and a National Diploma of Oenologist (DNO) in Reims. As her sister, Aline took part in the vine cutting competition.
Aline is very “technical” and calm. With logic, she always tries to understand and improve every step of the elaboration process.
