This Champagne is to pay an homage to Albert Louis Baron, the founder of Champagne Baron Albert in 1947. The Cuvée A.L, elaborated by Gilbert, Gervais and Claude shows perfectly the creativity, the spirit and the persevering character of Albert Louis Baron.

This Cuvée is a blending of 100% Chardonnay vinified and aged in oak barrels, strictly selected in our best "Coeur de Cuvée". This Champagne is a limited bottling.                                                                                              Lovers of Champagnes with delicate and elegant tasting, this Champagne is dedicated to you.

Cuvée A.L Rosé de Saignée Vintage Brut

First Cuvée made by Lise Baron, oenologue of our House, this Rosé shows the most beautiful hommage that the family Baron Albert can possibly give to his founder. This Champagne reflects all the purity of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. The adept of Rosé will find all the maturity, the balance and the wine taste like all the biggest Rosé de Saignée.

This Champagne is a blending of Pinot Meunier (50%) & Pinot Noir (50%) from one exceptionnal harvest.

JEAN DE LA FONTAINE Vintage Brut

A hymn to poetry, this Champagne celebrates the most talented of French fabulists. As Jean de la Fontaine was in his time, this Cuvée is natural, pleasant and cultural. In a nutshell, a work of art.

This Champagne, with a majority of Chardonnay, comes from an exceptional year. 30 % of the wine was vinified in small oak casks .
The exchanges between the wood and the wine give complex aromas to the Champagne.

LA PREFERENCE Vintage Brut

This Cuvée express with intensity all the wealth of her aromatique palette from the exceptionnal of the Marn Valley. Complexe and delicate this Cuvée LA PREFERENCE is a judicious blending of the noble grape varieties in Champagne : Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.

From one exceptionnal harvest, over 30 % of the wine has been vinified in oak.
The exchanges between the wood and the wine give complex aromas to the Champagne.
