Lise is in charge of the cultivation of the vine and of the Champagnes Baron Albert vinification.
She has a degree in biology (DEUG) and a National Diploma of Oenologist (DNO). She completed her training with a technician’s diploma in quality monitoring and a diploma to reinforce her skills in the cultural practices of the vineyard. She got a grade A pass on her vine cutting competition. More of a home-bird than her elder sister, Lise prefers to stay at Charly-sur-Marne.
With her Cartesian spirit, she follows the rules and manages the vine cultivation and wine-making with great precision.
